| The Alpha Management Retreat (AMR) is a weekend event led by a trained alumnus, and was designed to train present and future officers in effective strategic planning techniques in the fraternity, and consequently, later in life. It is a working forum in which a representative group of Chi Psi leaders discuss and design short- and long-term goals for the fraternity. Our men learn vital leadership concepts as well as how to use them to improve Chi Psi operations |
